Buy an apartment in Odessa up to $15,000
Once, a young couple, Jack and Allison, were looking for their dream apartment. They found a very cozy apartment with a beautiful view from the windows and accessibility to the city center. But when they found out the price, they were shocked. They had only $15,000, and it wasn't enough to buy an apartment in Odessa.
Disheartened, they walked down Gugelovskaya Street and randomly met a wise man.
- We only have $15,000, and buying an apartment in Odessa costs much more.
- Let's go, I think I can find something for you.
- But we don't want just anything. We want to buy the perfect apartment in Odessa.
- Only you can make your apartment perfect. A perfect apartment is one where you do the repairs yourself. A perfect apartment is one that you fill with harmony and love.
Together with the Wise Man, they found a very good apartment in a new building under construction. The apartment cost more, and it seemed that Jack and Allison wouldn't be able to afford it.
