“Odesa Traditions” Residential Complex on Starosinna Square is one of the new developments in Odesa where a modern approach to real estate meets the familiar urban environment of the city. The engineering concept also includes backup power. Generators are designed to maintain the operation of the building's common infrastructure during power outages. One of the notable features of all “Odesa Traditions” residential complexes is that the apartments are delivered with finished interiors. This means buyers can avoid the longest and often most stressful stage after receiving the keys — carrying out the renovation.
